rotationMD is a rotation scheduling platform for residency and student programs. Features include rotation requests, block scheduling, preceptor and location management, and program administration tools.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt its operation.
- Do not access data you are not authorized to view.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
5. Program Data
Program administrators are responsible for the accuracy of program configuration and for managing access for users in their program.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. rotationMD is a scheduling tool and is not a substitute for professional medical or educational judgment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, rotationMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these terms or to protect the integrity of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
